Microsoft finds a new device to complement your Pen in new Surface Studio

Attention all artists!

Microsoft’s ground-breaking Surface Studio Windows 10 desktop arrives in Canada on April 20 and will change the way you think and create digital art on one gorgeous high resolution 28-inch zero gravity screen.

It also introduces a new optional, must have, mouse-like device called the Dial adding to the included pressure sensitive Pen, mouse and keyboard.

WHAT SAFE BATTERY FEATURES WILL SAMSUNG’S NY S8 LAUNCH FEATURE?

NEWS UPDATE: Samsung confirmed plans to sell a refurbished Note 7 this year. It will recycle parts of the phone and possibly add new features, but sadly, will mot be available in North America.

This is a big week for Samsung, launching its much awaited S8 smartphone in New York on March 29.

When global media gather in the New York this Wednesday morning, Samsung’s slick marketing machine will be in full swing. Many rumours about the new S8 will be true, others not.

50th ANNIVERSARY OF CES HAS MUCH TO CELEBRATE

The 2017 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas is over! With information overload beyond comprehension for most folks, and more than 3,800 exhibiting company booths to explore, the 50th anniversary tech Mecca show came to an end on Sunday.

Giant brands like Samsung, LG, Panasonic and Sony backed by a crew of several hundred each, in multi million dollar “booths” large enough to fill a dozen homes each, impressed. In contrast, one-person booths with a single table, among the 600 startup displays the CES Eureka Park Marketplace hoped for the break of a lifetime.

Just a few years ago, laptops were doomed to extinction along with desktops as iPads and multi-tasking smartphones got more attention. Not anymore. Laptops are back, as gaming devices and more importantly, consumer targeted as innovative, thinner, lighter and portable computers with sharper multi-swing screens, especially for Windows 10.

Samsung Canada pushes update software to replaced and older Note7 phones

September 21 2016 – EDMONTON – Starting today, Samsung Canada will distribute an automatic over-the-air software update via Canadian carriers to all to Galaxy Note7 users who purchased a device from Samsung Canada or authorised re-sellers. The free software update will show a green battery icon that will clearly identify the device as a Galaxy Note7 replacement and will indicate that the product has been battery checked and is safe for use.
